Refund Policy

Operated by EXPBOX BRANDS LLP, exp.club keeps its refund terms simple and in plain English. This policy explains when fees are refundable, how to request a refund, and how long the money takes to reach you.   1. Scope

    • This policy applies to all paid services purchased on www.exp.club, including fellowship program fees and mentorship fees
    • All fees must be paid in advance
    • This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions
  2. Refund Eligibility

    1. 2.1Program and mentorship fees

      • 100% refund available if requested before your first mentorship session
    2. 2.2Individual session cancellations

      • Full refund if a session is cancelled 24 or more hours before its scheduled time
      • No refund for cancellations made under 24 hours before the scheduled time
      • Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling
    3. 2.3Team changes

      • No refunds are provided for team member exits; teams may continue with remaining members or recruit a replacement through the platform
  3. How to Request a Refund

    • Email hi@exp.club from your registered email address with your payment reference (order/payment ID)
    • We acknowledge refund requests within 2 working days
  4. Refund Processing Time

    • Approved refunds are initiated within 2 working days of approval
    • The refunded amount is credited back to your original payment method (card / bank account / UPI) within 5-7 working days
    • For international card payments, the credit may take up to 10-12 working days depending on the card-issuing bank
    • If a refund has not reflected within these timelines, write to hi@exp.club with your payment reference and we will share the refund reference number (ARN) issued by our payment gateway
