Cancellation Policy

Operated by EXPBOX BRANDS LLP, exp.club lets you cancel enrollments and mentorship sessions with clear, simple rules. This policy explains what can be cancelled, the notice required, and what happens after you cancel.

  1. Scope

    • This policy applies to all paid services purchased on www.exp.club, including fellowship program enrollments and mentorship sessions
    • This policy should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and our Refund Policy (www.exp.club/refund-policy)
  2. Cancelling an Enrollment

    • You may cancel your enrollment any time before your first mentorship session for a 100% refund
    • After your program has started, contact us to cancel; refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy
  3. Cancelling or Rescheduling a Session

    • Sessions cancelled 24 or more hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling
    • Cancellations made under 24 hours before the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund
    • Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours advance notice
    • Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling
  4. How to Cancel

    • Email hi@exp.club from your registered email address with your payment reference (order/payment ID) and what you want to cancel
    • We acknowledge cancellation requests within 2 working days
  5. Refunds After Cancellation

    • Refunds for eligible cancellations follow the timelines in our Refund Policy: initiated within 2 working days of approval and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days (up to 10-12 working days for international cards)
