Program Participation

• exp.club offers a six-week program for aspiring product managers, designers, and developers
• Eligibility criteria and application procedures are outlined on the website
• Participants are expected to commit time and effort as specified in the program details

Intellectual Property Rights

• The content, design, and intellectual property on the website belong to EXPBOX BRANDS LLP
• Participants retain ownership of any intellectual property they create during the program, but grant exp.club a license to use it for promotional or educational purposes

• Unauthorized use of the website, including but not limited to hacking, data scraping, or similar activities, is strictly prohibited

Cancellation and Refund

• Users may request a cancellation of their enrolment and request a full refund until 7 days after their cohort start date (inclusive)
• Post 7 days after the program start, if the user chooses to withdraw from the program, no refund will be issued

• exp.club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time
• The updated version will be posted on the website
