The Most Frequently Asked Questions

It's a paid program. Since this is a collaborative learning experience, the fee helps us ensure we get the right set of folks who are committed to working on the product with others on the team.

Absolutely! One of the many goals of this program is to help our learners understand if the role they are preparing for is right for them. Think of these six weeks as an investment in yourself to discover whether you would enjoy working in the role you are aspiring to be in.

Great question! Our program relies very little on theoretical knowledge and heavily on practical knowledge. It is designed for folks who already have some knowledge of coding but haven't been able to crack a developer role because of lack of practical experience. Building a real product with a team, mimicing the real-life work environment is what we provide as a part of this program. This not only helps you stand apart from the crowd by showcasing practical skills and a project no one else would have on their CVs, but will also help with your confidence.

If at the end of the program you decide that this is the role you want to continue pursuing, our team will back you and support you in any and all ways possible to help you get your next opportunity. In fact, we will not start another cohort until all our students from the current cohort get an opportunity - intern or full-time. That's a promise.

All our effort and energy goes into ensuring that does not happen. Our screening process is really rigorous and ensures we only accept high-agency and committed folks into the program. But in rare scenarios if this does happen, we will have a replacement for rest of the program's duration for your team.

Hiring managers & companies are looking for proof of work & real experience. They look for the ability to ship products, collaborate with cross functional stakeholders & ability to speak to real users (not frameworks & theories).

We bring you a program where you get to work with real people on a real product. You learn & experience what the hiring managers are looking for today. Not just that, you go back with real experience and learnings of working in the domain of your choice. Hence we say #LetsGetReal.
